    Comments:

This is a great little light for your helmet. It doesn't interfere with day-to-day usage of your helmet (i.e. I never notice it wiggling around or making noises while I ride). It pivots so that it is always level and pointing backward, even if you drop your head to look down. Battery life is long; at least 50 hours in blinking mode... seems like the thing runs forever before needing to be replaced. I like the fact that I always have it with me, even if I forget my regular Superflash. Another bonus: it's up high, so it's visible above parked cars or traffic. I also like that it fits most helmets (we have them on both adults' helmets and also on two of our kids' helmets). The only negative: the stretchy elastic and velcro strap can wear out. My solution was to use a bit of 25 gauge wire to attach it to the helmet. Works fine. I've had my blinky for at least 5 years now and I use it all the time. Still fully functional despite rain, snow, heat, etc in near daily riding. Please note that it is bright, but not super bright. This is great for suburban or rural riding or as a duplicate for city commuting. For sheer all out brightness, check out the Planet Bike Superflash, which is *incredibly* bright and is fully visible even in daylight conditions.
