    Comments:

I,m 245lb and enjoy riding my road bike for 70+ miles at a time. However, with a herniated lower back disk, the standard saddle on my Trek 1.1 was causing a lot of pain. My local store recommended this saddle and let me try it for a week. It took 3 - 4 rides (approx 160 miles) to get used to it but was well worth it. Before riding on the drops became painful quickly, now its my favorite and most comfortable position and has increased my average speed. Seemed a lot to spend on saddle compared to the cost of the whole bike but it has transformed my ride and I've saved plenty of money on chiropractor bills!

      Comments:

I bought the Adamo Road saddle to reduce pain but got much more. I had a very good saddle, but after about 10 miles I would feel like my girl parts were being cut. I had to adjust my shorts every few minutes to releave pain and roll my hips back to take the pressure off the sensitive tissue in the front. The most comfortable way to sit on the Adamo is forward on the break leavers or aero bars with my hips tilted forward so my chest is open. My body position is better, breathing is easier, and my cadence improved. It's not as soft as my old saddle so my sit bones get a little bruised if I sit too upright, but riding forward I have no pain, even after 20+ miles.

If you are not finding yourself compatible with standard saddles I highly recommend that you try one of these. It will made a great difference for me.
